We warmly invite you to contribute to the conference by submitting abstracts for oral or poster presentations. Abstract submissions and conference registration are now open. The deadline for contributions is April 23, 2025. Early bird registration is available until May 21, 2025. Submit your abstract and register!

Cancellation policy
Cancellations received by April 21, 2025 will receive a 100% refund of the paid fee. Cancellations received between April 22 and June 1, 2025 will receive a 50% refund of the paid fee. Cancellations received from June 2, 2025 onwards will not receive any refund of the paid fee. No refund will be given if you do not attend the event and have not canceled within the specified time. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna at congress@univie.ac.at.
Conference participant cancellation insurance
To avoid inconvenience and financial disadvantages, we recommend purchasing conference cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung, a travel insurance provider.
Hotel booking
The organizers of the conference have pre-selected hotels for the benefit of its participants. Hotel booking is only possible for registered participants. In your registration confirmation email, you will also find a personalized link to the hotel booking.
Please note that this offer is only available until June 13, 2025.
Cancellation policies are at the discretion of each hotel. At most hotels, canceling free of charge is possible until 14 days before your arrival. For more information about the cancellation policies of each hotel, please contact congress@univie.ac.at.
